Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Newcastle Homes Plumbing and Heating Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide domestic heating and plumbing services including boiler repairs, boiler servicing, boiler installation, central heating repairs, plumbing repairs and emergency call-outs. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge. We will always confirm the cost of work before it begins. Any additional work identified during a visit will be discussed and agreed with you before proceeding. We do not carry out unauthorised work.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, ensure any known hazards are disclosed, and be available or ensure an authorised adult is present when work is scheduled.

Warranties and Guarantees

All workmanship is guaranteed. New boiler installations are covered by the relevant manufacturer warranty. Where parts are replaced, the warranty period applies as specified by the manufacturer. Our workmanship guarantee does not cover faults caused by misuse or third-party interference.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, faults caused by others, or consequential losses arising from a fault. We carry full public liability insurance.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer and card payments.

Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. We reserve the right to charge a call-out fee if access is not available at the agreed time without prior notice.
